SAO CHANG COLLEGE
Department
of Economics was established in Sao Chang College in 1973 and department
offered General course under three years integrated course at Under Graduate
level. In 2012, the affiliating Nagaland University introduced semester system
and also choice based credit system in all colleges at degree level. The
Department started honours course in 2017 under semester system. Since its
inception, the department has been striving hard to ensure academic excellence
and intellectual growth.

Achieve
higher standard of academic performance by imparting quality education and
upgrade to post-graduate department and research centre.

Provide
better understanding about local, national and global economic issues to face
